His background includes data engineering at Go Setup, where he developed automated pipelines processing more than 10,000 records daily, and gameplay programming at RAM Studios, where he worked on responsive, real-time systems in C++ and Unreal Engine. These roles developed his experience in performance optimisation, modular design and collaboration across technical and creative teams.

His AI projects include automated visual inspection, coordinated drone simulations for search and rescue, and document-retrieval systems that connect language models with relevant source material. His work encompasses model development, integration and benchmarking, supported by further training in deep learning, Microsoft Azure AI and advanced C++ programming.

At SYNCYR, Priyanthan translates founder-defined architecture into working prototypes, contributing to SEICS—the architecture’s epistemic-integrity layer—alongside live-model API integration and testing. Working with the founder and scientific collaborators, he helps advance the research through maintainable software, reproducible evaluation and careful attention to how systems behave in practice.

Alongside this work, he shadows the founder in company leadership, building practical experience across operations, logistics, procurement, administration and financial processes. He also supports research organisation, knowledge workflows and the day-to-day coordination behind the group’s research and development.

His studies in Astronomy, Space Science and Astrophysics at the University of Kent complement a multidisciplinary background encompassing technology, languages and entrepreneurship. As founder of BSM Auto Works, he has developed practical business and customer-facing skills. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Sinhala, achieving A grades in both French and Spanish at A-level.

His experience also includes service as a University of Kent student ambassador and sixth-form prefect, RAF cadet training, county-level rugby and leading roles in school and university theatre. These varied settings have given him opportunities to develop analytical thinking, communication, teamwork and responsibility—qualities he is now applying and extending through hands-on technical work and structured management development.

An Amazon No. 1 international bestselling co-author, Darren contributed to Cracking the Rich Code, Volume 5, alongside Jim Britt and fellow entrepreneurs. The book is endorsed by Tony Robbins. An entrepreneur and serial investor, Darren has backed several startups as an angel investor. As Chief Operating Officer of WellBeology, the group’s established wellness arm, he leads the development of AI-integrated wellness for an international audience, bringing together his experience of coaching, business development and human motivation.

He has also contributed to the founder-led exploration of Relational Attractor Yoking (R.A.Y.), supporting Dr Bindunie Sirimanne Rowland through coaching interactions with AI systems. He also serves as Chairperson of S.O.U.P.—Sincere Offerings for Unappreciated Persons—a UK charity registered with the Charity Commission, which has sustained its work for 17 years without public funding.

His portfolio spans logistics, hospitality, healthcare, education and international community organisations. He has led multidisciplinary teams delivering logistics and ride-hailing applications, with responsibilities covering development, payment integration, tracking systems and the infrastructure behind them. His wider work includes operational dashboards, employee-management systems and online commerce.

Joe also brings experience in search optimisation, analytics and digital storytelling, including work with Novemba Films in the UK and MazzeeXX in the USA. His work for MazzeeXX included increasing Instagram reach by more than 3,200%, combining creative content with close attention to audience behaviour and campaign performance.

At SYNCYR and CEYMIRION, he delivers website development and maintenance, domain administration and digital communications, helping bring the group’s research and enterprise to an international audience. He holds a BSc in Physiology and is studying towards an MSc in Digital and Social Media Marketing at the University of Plymouth, complementing his technical practice with a broader understanding of people and communication.
